ADMISSION AND PAYMENT RULES

ADMISSION

The application for admission must be filled in the forms provided by the school. No admission will be made until the candidate passes a test conducted by the school authorities. A student who has attended a recognized school previously will be admitted only after presentation of school leaving certificate from the school. If a child is admitted during a month, fees for the whole month will have to be paid.

Rules for payment of fees

  • The Tuition fee will have to be paid for the academic session of (12 months) in 10 terms as follows:
    April, May, June, July, August-September, October, November, December, January, February-March.
  • Annual charges should be paid as per notice given with the result Failure to this, the name of the student may not be entered in the Attendance Register.
  • The fee can be paid online from 1st to 10th of every month. Office remains open on all days except National Holidays or any other holiday specified by the School.
  • In case of late payment, fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged from the 11th of the due month.
  • Exam Hall tickets will not be issued if the fees dues are not cleared.
  • Parents are requested to follow any of the following modes :-

STEP 5 : TYPE STUDENTS ADMISSION NO. IN COLUMN OF REG.NO.
STEP 6 : SELECT MONTHS AND PAY THROUGH DEBIT CARD/ CREDIT CARD OR NET BANKING.

Transport Rules

The bus fee will have to be paid for 12 months as per the fee schedule.
April, May, June, July, August-September, October, November, December, January, February-March."

WITHDRAWAL

  • A clear calender month's notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
  • Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled. Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate should have been submitted in school otherwise Transfer Certificate will not be issued. Transfer Certificate will be issued on the payment of 200/- and one week after the submission of the application for the same.
  • Student can be asked to leave the school in any of the following grounds:
    • Non-payment of school dues.
    • Using unfair means in examination
    • Found involved in any act of indiscipline of immorality.
    • Found involved in damaging school property
  • A student who fails in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school especially if he/she is over age for that class.
  • A student should join the school in the New Session within one week. Otherwise his/her name may be struck off the roll without notice.
