SCHOOL RULES

Parents are requested to read the contents of this diary carefully and abide by the rules laid down :

  • Diary should be carried by the students and checked daily for all activities, holiday, notices, assignment and any other information.
  • The school has provided an app, ‘SCHOOL EARTH’,Parents can check the diary activities and attendance of their wards and information and notices send by the school.
  • Whenever you write to the school about your son/daughter, always quote his/her full name, class and section.
  • Laminated identity cards, diary and custodian pass will be issued from the school. In case of loss, it can be replaced after payment.
  • It is mandatory for the parents/guardians to carry the custodian pass issued by the school, if their ward is to be collected from school. Else their ward will not be allowed to leave the school premises.
  • No student will be allowed to go to their relative's house from the school without the written consent of the Principal and the parents.
  • Information of absence during examination must be immediately intimated to the Principal.
  • Prior permission from the Principal for any changes in the bus service should be taken.
  • Fee should be paid by 10th of every month, otherwise a fine of Rs. 50 shall be charged.
  • On all working days and at school functions, children are expected to wear the uniform prescribed in the diary. They must come to school dressed neatly, failing to which they might be sent back or be liable to further disciplinary action.
  • We do not appreciate the gesture of sending gifts for children/teachers, for birthdays and celebrations. Non compliance of this will be handled seriously.
  • Any kind of celebration for party by students during school hours within the premises is prohibited.
  • Students from Std I to III can wear decent party dress on their birthdays while students from Std. IV onwards should come in school uniform. Sleeveless and unnecessary cuts or frills should be avoided.
  • Regular attendance is compulsory. Students who remain absent from class with some valid reason should get it mentioned in the school diary by their parents or guardian.
  • Parents are advised not to send their children to the school when they are suffering from any contagious disease like chicken pox, measles,mumps, whooping cough or conjunctivitis.
  • In case of absence (due to illness) the parent is responsible to update their ward's work.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness,disobedience, lack of co-operation and misconduct,which seems injurious to the normal working of the school are sufficient reasons for dismissal / expulsion of student.
  • Parents are advised to see that the children prepare their lessons daily. They must also encourage their ward to converse in English language.
  • Students should be trained by the parents to take care of their belongings. Any loss of items of students is not school's liability
  • Books (other than text books), CD's, newspapers,periodicals, pen-drives, mobile phones must not be brought to the school without the permission of the Principal or Class Teacher. Students, should not bring any electronic gadgets to school. If caught the things will be retained by the school and fine of Rs. 1000/- will be imposed.
  • It is compulsory to return the issued library book on time. If not, a fine of Rs. 5/- per day would be charged as per school norms.
  • Lending or borrowing money or other article is not permitted.
  • Private tutions from school teachers are discouraged by the school authorities. However, in special cases, the Principal may give permission.
  • Parents and guardian will be bound by the school rules in all respect, which may change from time to time. In all the matters of dispute the decision of the Principal shall be binding on the parents/ guardians.
  • Students are not allowed to miss the extra classes. In a case of absence he/she will pay 100/- per day as fine charged for the same. However in case of any emergency the parents must approach the school administration and seek a prior permission.
  • All students are expected to arrive on time. Students who arrive late by more than 5 minutes cannot be allowed to enter in the school campus.
  • A student will be suspended for 15 days, if he/she is found bunking classes.
  • Students are advised to keep class rooms, school building and campus neat and clean.
